I took the data above, combined with my own checking, and came up with:

http://auteria.phpnet.us/wiki/index.php/Characters

The rest of the pictures will be added ASAP, and some buy/sell items are missing, but I'm too leveled too low to know what ATM.

If you find anything wrong or missing, please do edit the page.

This map rocks, but i have one suggestion: The magic area is marked with a dot but it's not labelled in the legend.. that would help

Here's one I've made:

WARNING: Spoiler!
Cain's Map of Tegratia

I hope you all like it. If there's anything missing just let me know! :) :)

Yes Nice map... (too bad I just about know it by heart now.... I usually walk/swim the whole map anyway to get aquainted...just direction I am travelling usually stuffs me up :? ).

So when can we expect the Tergrum and isandor (spellcheck plz :P ).
8) 8) 8)

I am not sure wether tom/sue will consider this as a sort of cheat...but I suppose they cant really stop people posting these maps at their own sites etc... .

Personally I am in two minds... I like a detailed map..but it does sort of spoil the thrill of discovering areas by yourself...

the maps are fine but as Reni said they are kinda spoilers, mabey they shouldnt be posted as pictures on the forums but rather a link to the picture that way the person would have to actually click the link to get the map and noone can gt mad about it.

I think it's kinda sad that the creators of this game put so much effort into the detail of these maps, and now people are removing the thrill and enjoyment of discovering them.

Just because we can do something, doesn't necessarily mean we should. Nothing in Auteria is difficult to find if a person puts 10 or 15 minutes aside to run around the map and explore. While its fun to share with others what you have learned, at the same time, you're taking that fun away from the next person. Granted, nobody has to look at these maps if they choose not to, but it's probably a good idea to at least post them as a link (as others have suggested) rather than directly into forums.

Remember, this is a Tips and Tricks section, not the answer sheet to many of Tergratia quests.

I hope we never see Tergrum and Iasandor maps on here.

I agree those kind of 'players detailed maps' should rather belong to fan sites like Auteria's wiki or Happy's help page.
On the other hand noone is forced to use them if they prefer exploring themselves. As Sue said* once this forum will be deleted when the game becomes official anyway :) so I see no harm.

*topic: Auteria's forum needs more forum-moderators.

It is useful for seasoned players as you can use it to help new players by telling them more accurately how to find X. (especially if u r on onother continent at the time. And I mean in PM not public).

I had to print out the maps in quest folder so I could mark stuff off.and get my general bearings. (I wish I had a 5 stones for each time I swam in wrong direction to small islands on tergrum, or found myself swimming in circles in the ocean). But these maps dont print out well.

I think that having the red dots showing where creatures are is more of a help than actually knowing where to head to find certain areas..

Maybe we can have quality maps like this..only with some of the detail removed..(such as what creatures are in which areas). I dont think that the locations of the npc's is so bad... It helps to ease the frustration of wasting time looking for them (especially after U have already been there once or twice). And as soon as a new player asks in .help or .quest where somebody is, there are usually 2 or 3 responses in public anyway.

(Maybe directing them to the Forum for the map will encourage more new players to register on forum, and thus stay to read other topics as well)

Ok, I've edited out the image and only have the link there with a big red warning sign about the spoiler. I didn't want any harm done, sorry if I've got anyone mad :P

Besides, the game is still under heavy development, there is still a LOT more to be done, things will change, and we've only got a small community at the moment, so I don't see anything wrong with it right now.

Thanks Cain :D The map itself is very good tho, I really like the detail, and I'm sure many people will find it useful if they get stuck.
